Product Introduction:
Chitinase is an efficient extracellular enzyme complex for chitin degradation, derived from Serratia marcescens (highly expressed in E. coli). It catalyzes the hydrolysis of chitin into chitooligosaccharides and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine. The products possess multiple biological activities including antioxidant, antibacterial, and antitumor properties, enabling green and efficient conversion of waste into high-value resources.
Applicable Scenarios:
Shrimp and crab shell waste degradation, fungal cell wall lysis, chitooligosaccharide preparation, bioenergy production, plant disease control, pharmaceutical material development
Product Advantages:
This chitinase has high purity and simple solubilization of dry powder; the reaction conditions are mild, green and efficient and can produce chitinoligosaccharides with high attachment value; it is suitable for the decomposition of fungal cell walls, shrimp shells and crab shells.
